The laboratory’s administrative and logistics team supports research. Its missions contribute to the implementation of the unit’s strategic orientations.
The team is made up of the general secretary in charge of administration and management, logistics officers and administrative and financial managers.
Logistics officers are responsible for supplying consumables and fluids, as well as laundry, cleaning and biological waste management tasks. They ensure the smooth running of the unit’s shared equipment.
The administrative and financial management team carries out financial management tasks (credit management, own resources and grants, missions, orders, etc.) in compliance with the regulations of the supervisory bodies (UPC and INSERM).
It also carries out administrative tasks such as recruiting and welcoming new staff (permanent staff, non-permanent staff, interns, visitors); organizing internal meetings and symposia; internal and external communications, etc.
